Return and Refund Policy

Therefore, we must clarify that we are not allowed to provide our customers with a cash refund or credit; nevertheless, we will reissue your purchase if we make mistakes or if you don’t think it meets your specifications. Our management alone has the authority to decide what constitutes imperfection. A user must either return the entire price of the new purchase to us at their own expense within one week or seven days after receiving the delivery of the original order, or submit arithmetical pictures verifying the product shortfall in order to receive a new copy of their new order. The charges associated with processing future orders are typically nonrefundable.

Order placement, payment, and cancellations

In order to compensate for the work completed in our prepress department and the accompanying financial charges, such cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total order value.

Orders for Design

Orders for design services are not eligible for credits or refunds from Thecustomboxesprint.com. Once placed, all design orders are final and cannot be refunded.

Policy for Sales Taxes

Orders from within the state of Texas are subject to sales tax. When placing an order, please present your tax exemption certificate if you are exempt from paying taxes.

Artwork and Files Submitted by Customers

From the artwork or files given by website users or clients, our designers and technologists produce electronic or hard copy proofs. Your submitted artwork or files must be in CMYK format and have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch) at the final size. We won’t be held accountable for printing that is blurry, distorted, or pixilated, or for color changes brought on by the conversion to CMYK, if your files aren’t delivered in CMYK format and at 300 dpi for the final size.

The accuracy of your print-ready artwork and files, including any problems with page alignment or orientation, is your responsibility. We take every effort to prevent the loss of your submitted artwork or files, but we are not liable for any damage or loss.

By submitting artwork or files to our website, you attest that you are either the legitimate owner of the content you are uploading or that you already have the necessary authorization to use it.

We have the authority to reject an order if we believe it to be unlawful or a violation of someone else’s rights. You agree to be fully liable for any content that is processed and printed on your behalf and in accordance with your directions. We have the right to decline an order without explaining. Please be aware that offensive, indecent, or inappropriate content is not accepted for printing.

Inspections and Color Accuracy

Customers and users of our website must approve proof of the printing products or other services they request, whether it be in hard copy or an electronic file. Without your acceptance of the proof, no job will be submitted to the press. Therefore, it is your duty to access their account and verify their proof. If the customer does not approve the proof, we are not responsible for any delays in the order. We begin when you approve the proof, so please be aware of the turnaround timeframes listed on our website.

Before approving, please carefully study your evidence. For potential mistakes in layout, copy, space, punctuation, image placement and proportion, bleeds, cropping, and final text, compare it to the source file. Transparency, overprint problems, and color changes from RGB or Pantone to CMYK are not present in electronic proofs. Please be aware that applying UV coating or lamination may alter how the printed colors appear. The final color look of a laminated product or products is not our responsibility.

Everything included in the Final Approved Proof is the Customer’s Complete responsibility.

Although we are unable to precisely match color and density, we will attempt to replicate color from submitted print-ready files. The precision of color reproduction is not guaranteed due to intrinsic printing process constraints and nearby image ink requirements. You accept this restriction by placing an order with us. Although we will make every effort to match each color’s gradient density, we are not liable for color differences between submitted files and the finished printed piece or the real artwork or product they represent. Color variations that have happened throughout the printing process will never be honored in a reprint. If you approve screen proofs, we are not responsible for color matching or ink density. If you request a hard copy proof from us, we promise color correctness and a match. Please be aware that the cost of a hard copy proof will be slightly higher.

No Responsibility for Mistakes

Errors resulting from misspellings and graphics, bleeds, punctuation, incorrect or missing folds, die lines, crop marks, transparency, fold cracks, overprinted finished product, and size are not the responsibility of EmenacPackaging.com. For the majority of printing products, EmenacPackaging.com does not use gang printing. We may occasionally select a printing technique that is most appropriate for a certain print item or items, depending on the needs of each website user and customer.

Underruns and Overruns

Typically, we will deliver the precise quantity of items ordered plus a little extra. The increased sum is not subject to an additional fee. We will bill for the actual quantity supplied if there is an underrun. We supply plus or minus 5% of the required quantity, which is a widely recognized trade practice.

Production Speed, Shipping, and Distribution of Orders.

Once your artwork or files have been uploaded, examined, and approved by our pre-press department, you have approved the press-ready proof (whether an electronic file or hard copy), and a complete payment, including all applicable taxes, shipping, and management fees, has been made, production speed and printing dispatch time should begin.

We try our best to print and ship your orders as soon as possible. thecustomboxesprint.com will never be responsible for any consequential damages brought on by a shipment or delivery delay. You accept that thecustomboxesprint.com will not be held responsible for shipment delays brought on by inclement weather, shipping company delays, problems with customs, or any other situation beyond our direct control. Expedited fees will be reimbursed in the event of a delay brought on by equipment failure or technical issues during the printing process. If the printing process takes longer than expected, orders cannot be canceled.

The customboxesprint.com offers 8 business days for expedited shipping (with 2 to 3 business days for ground shipping) and 12 to 15 business days for standard shipping to any ONE LOCATION PER ORDER inside the USA, with no weight or quantity restrictions. There will be an additional fee for shipping to other locations. We are not liable for any delays, loss, damage, or theft of the printing products during shipping and delivery, nor do we guarantee shipping and delivery transit times. Shipping-related damages will not be the responsibility of thecustomboxesprint.com. Claims for lost or damaged shipments may be submitted six business days from the date of package dispatch. We use our own offshore printing facilities in Asia and Africa, in addition to our in-house press in the USA, to help our customers by lowering their costs.

We will charge extra shipping and handling fees for re-shipment if you give us the wrong shipment delivery address or make any other mistake while submitting the full delivery address.
